MEET THE MAKER

I am a jewellery designer and hand-engraver base in London. I am specialise in traditional, Florentine hand engraving and British seal engraving. I transform traditional heirlooms into contemporary jewellery. Fusing Italian Renaissance aesthetics with traditional British seal engraving, I draw from my training in Florence and London for three years after I gained the MA from School of Jewellery in Birmingham.

As soon as I launched my hand-engraved jewellery brand “Ning Art Jewellery” in Jan 2019, I started to attend various exhibitions and awards. My jewellery are made with sterling silver and 18K gold, including bangles, necklaces, earrings, rings. I also engrave bespoke artwork that sell to galleries and collectors. All the work are done with Florentine engraving and seal engraving technique.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEEDBACKS?

I learnt the right method and formula of calculating my actual cost via spread sheet. I figure out the right direction of my business value and mission, which is the biggest turning point of my business plan. I wrote a clearer artist statement which can express my work better. I’ve learnt how to present myself and gained more confident while talking in front of people. I understood earning money is vital for my business.
