My studio is located in the suburbs of Tbilisi, in a high-rise building, which provides the atmosphere that I need for working. Mainly my craft is concentrated on jewelry, religious objects and decorative material. I use goldsmith technology, such as: cloisonné, embossing and filigree. I particularly enjoy working in various materials – metal and wood, however my favorite one is silver. I often get inspired from nature and try to express it through my craftwork. It is important for me that my work carried particular meaning that gets to the customer as well.

I established my studio in 2011. Since then I practiced various techniques and what is most important, I tried hard to seek my own signature and orientation. “Ilecrony” was created as a brand in 2019. I created a couple of collections under this brand. However, I soon realized that I lacked strategy and vision that would help me to operate in the market and present products to customers properly. That’s why I decided to give the Crafting Business program a try.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEEDBACKS?

Crafting Business program has turned out to be a breakthrough for me, as for all these years I only emphasized the craftwork itself and not the strategy, nor my business values. In the frame of the course I had to evaluate on and discuss the subjects that are essential and important, to which I rarely paid attention to. Moreover, the program was comprised of such topics that are much needed in the crafts sector. As a result, I have already accomplished some of the aims that I had planned for my business development and progress.
