MEET THE MAKER

We are Nina, Tata and Ia,  the trio of passionate enamel artisans from Tbilisi, Georgia. Decade ago our hobby brought us to a wonderful craft – Cloisonné Enamel which turned into a life interest and small family owned workshop. Our home is the place where magic happens as we can create tiny worlds in the small shapes of silver, where autumn never fades out the leaves, and the flowers are always bright.

We – family members, but persons with different backgrounds unified around love of art.  There are no limits for enamel perfection, we practice, and work long hours to materialize our ideas in silver and never feel tired as believe enamel is craft, which never stops surprising us.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO TAKE PART OF CRAFTING BUSINESS PROGRAMME?

At certain stage, our workshop required development, despite of good technical skills we found ourselves lacking the knowledge how to promote ourselves. Participation in the Crafting Business Program was the main precondition for us to see where blind spots are and discover what opportunities we have to find a direction for improvements. The program was the perfect match for reaching new stage of understanding.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEEDBACKS?

Information and skills gained through the participation was excellent experience for us. Personally, from our side we saw that participation intensified our strive to work on ourselves as a new product. We got a stimulus to leave the comfort zone and courage to try new directions in what we do. We see that the program lead us to the turning point and extremely appreciate the individual input of persons responsible for the smooth running of the course.
